Pet Smile Mobile Dental ("Pet Smile", "we", "us") provides mobile, anesthesia-free cosmetic teeth cleaning for dogs and cats in South Florida. • Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city and ZIP code, and any message you send us when you request an appointment through our website form, a Google lead form, a text message or a phone call.
• Details about your pet: your pet's name, size and anything you tell us about their health or behavior so we can plan the visit.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request, confirm whether you are inside our service area, and schedule and confirm your visit.
• To send appointment reminders and follow-up messages about the service you booked.
• To keep a record of the services we provided to your pet.
• To understand which of our ads and pages bring in requests, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), our form and messaging tools, and Google (for ads and lead forms). How long we keep it

We keep appointment and contact records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can serve you again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
